Soft-Phone with VISTA

Dear All,

We have encountered a strange problem when using Cisco IP communicator 2.1.2.0 with windows VISITA SP1, Call Manager System version is 5.1.3.2000-3.

I can hear Voice when making call from the communicator but the other side cannot hearing me.

Note that I can make a call from different LAPTOP (Windows XP) with same Version of IP communicator and no problem Occur.

Are you sure its not a microphone problem? Can you run the audio wizard for IPC and verify the software is getting input from the mic.

Hi, use IPCP 2.1(3) with vista and you should be fine.
