I cannot hear the music on hold from several phones

i have changed the default music on hold that is sample audio, by another, but this last cannot be heared by greater than 2 simultaneously.when i configure back the default music, it can be heared normally.

Note : this music is provided by cisco and stored at the CD that is bought by the Call manager package.

how can i troubleshoot this problem .

Could you please clarify this

Verify Audio Source both User and Network are configured properly

Check that MOH file exist under MOH folder in TFTPPath

Check codec configured between MOh and Telephones|Gateway underIPVMS service parameters

Check EVent Viewer...

etc etc..
