Cisco Unity Server vs Local Administrator

Hi

My name is Jefferson Islan and you have a problem with Unity Server. I instaled plugin unity for Outlook 2003 to listen voice mail, but the program asks the user admin to add. I include the user in group administrator at unity server and my problem was solved. Why I have to include the user from local administrator?

During installation it runs several tests while checking for local administrator group membership. If any one of those tests fail they will all return the error 'selected user is not a member of the local administrator's group'. An account may actually be a member of the local administrator group. So if user creates a domain account for Unity installation and then runs the Permissions Wizard and follows instructions for granting rights on the Exchange server, the installation account can be used for successful installation of Cisco Unity Installation and Configuration Assistant and all wizards contained within.
