I have a customer who would like their calls to circulate. For example, when someone calls upon a pilot number, Phone A will ring first, if no answer or busy, Phone B will ring second, if no answer or busy, Phone C will ring third... but if phone C no answer or busy, Phone A will ring again... then Phone B ring etc.
Is this possible with the 'Circular' alogthirm on Line Group??
Or would i need to create 2 line groups and split the users in half and let them hunt each other??
Would appreciate your help.
Cheers,
Hunt

Yes, you can accomplish this via the circular algorithm (see attached). Set the RNA reversion timeout for each member and add additional line groups onto the hunt list if necessary.

just keep in mind that circular will not always start with member A, it will extend the call to the next member taking into consideration the one that took the call before.
if you have A,B,C,D and C took the last call next one to receive a call would be D and it only will go thru the group one time.
