I want to monitor All SCCP based IP Phone connected with cisco CCM 4.1(3), If there is any monitoring tools or software available please reply me.

if you want to monitor phones by ping you can use some thin like IPcheck or Nagios

Also you can use RTMT plugin that you can download from CCM administration page. It's free and very useful

RTMT tool is already available with me , i want more on reporting part of real time activities on CCM 4.1

Can you give me the detailed prerequisits and configurtion guide to CME on router , I want to register cisco 7940/7902 and softpone (SIP based)phones. i want it in brief. whether it is require any SIP proxy server, or CME router capable to do the both
