Is there a way to find out what number range that has been installed on our call manager and a list of free numbers and numbers in use?
If so.. how would I go about obtaining it?

you can only get a list of what you have configured, not sure what you mean "in use"
you can use the route plan report and it will show you what is configured on the server, but CUCM has no idea of whether someone is using it or no.
Also CCM does not differentiates between a DDI and anything else. They're all DNs and that's how CUCM sees them. Unless you have DDI on the description there is no way to tell.

Ok Thanks Jaime... I thought so but just needed clarification as user is insisting that "there should be some kind of feature present"
