Not Found 7914 Expansion module for 7962 IP phone

Hi,

I connect my 7914 Expansion module to 7962 IP phone but i didnt find the standard 7962 template for 7914 module, I try to copy and rename the standard 7962 for 7914 phone button template under device setting as I found in one cisco document, but its not works. Can anybody tell me how can i configure the missing 7914 expansion module to 7962 IP Phone.

What you have done is correct assuming you have added the additional lines onto the template. What seems to be the problem?
