the cisco telephony call dispatcher service

Hi all ,I have a CCM 4.2 ,i want to change something in phone configuration,when i click in update button,a error message display:"error on page".and The event log says, "The Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher service terminated unexpectedly."

Please give me a clue. thanks

what's the exact version?

if not using AC have you tried stopping the TCD?

OS version??

does this happen on any server where you try this? (if more than 1 server in cluster)
