Device Center issue

I have a C6509-IOS that I'm trying to obtain Summary information for, but the columns has an error "Null". The other functions tools, reports, and management tasks are fine. Has anyone seen this before, I just verified it's going on for a couple of more devices. How do I resolve this?

Uninstalling HUM should only require dmgtd to be restarted, not the server.

Please post a screenshot illustrating the problem.

Please see attached.

Please post the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log.

Please see attached.

I don't see any obvious errors. Is this working properly for any devices? One thing that did look suspicious is that you appear to have HUM installed on this server, and its license appears to have expired. Are all the devices which are not showing up properly in DC managed by HUM?

I think you have resolved my issue. All the devices being managed by HUM which is now expired on the server are showing up null error. Does uninstalling HUM require a reboot? If not I will uninstall this right away.

Thanks.

Thanks.
