Hi all,
I cannot complete a conference call. In fact, the screen says "can not complete conference"
Any ideas?

CUCM? CME? version?
only happens with CIPC?
internal phone? PSTN phone?
SW or HW CFB?
G711 or G729?

Hi,
It turns out the problem is, codec negotiation.
In IPC, configuring the "optimize for low bandwidth" causes codec issues. Since this was local calls there was an issue.

that option would cause the call to be established with G729 so if you're using SW CFB that would fail due to the fact it can only handle G711
