We setup a CUE AA to handle all incoming calls. A translation rule will translate the incoming calls into a B-ACD AA pilot number(calling queue Max session 30) and then transfer to CUE AA pilot number.(max session 8).
We found that when we call in, sometime the caller can key in option to route the calls, most of time the callers' key input won't work.
After removing the B-ACD AA, it seems working, but is there anywaywe we can get the BACD AA working?
