CVP 3.1(2) Voice browser error

Hello,

pls find the error

1):IP transfer to 23398 failed - called party was busy : DNIS = 23398

2)IP transfer to 23487 failed - called party did not answer : DNIS = 23487


The above two errors are frequently coming from CVP Voice browser. Kindly suggest me is this a critical error or normal error.

I am guessing you are sedning the call to a label from within ICM script, that label is probably an extension on a phone which is already on another call(s). This is expected message in that case.
