CCM - configuring call transfer

I am new to CCM, can anyone tell me how to configure the following:

We have group extension number 6700 when someone rings this extension it should go straight to the following extensions 6703 or 6704, if those two are busy then only it should go to 6781 or 6791.

At present when someone rings the 6700 it goes straight to 6781 or 6791 and if those two are busy then it goes to the voicemail.

I have this problem too.

You can accomplish this by creating an additional line group with extensions 6781 and 6791. Add this to the hunt list for 6700 and change the line group so it forwards onto the next hunt list (try next member, then, try next group in hunt list).
