we have two isp connection , pls help to configur load balance iam a student its my lab set up at instiute

Hi
What kinda internet links you have in your place ? is it normal DSL link or some other mode ..
if its dsl links then you can configure nat to get loadbalancing but that wont yield you even loadbalancing on both the links.
loadbalancing on the outgoing interface will be even but the packets destined to your network from the outside world wont be evenly balanced on both the links.this is applicable when you have subscribed the links from 2 different service providers.

You can do load balance between two ISP but you have to separate traffic and put policy for traffic to go out.

If you would real time load balance between two ISP then look on another vendors product, Such as F5 , Xroads Network etc.
Or,
If you could switch on iBGP ....multihoming concept ..
