ASA5540 Ramdomly users of VPN client can't reach private segment.

Hi.

I have vpn client users and ramdomly an user to get connect to the vpn but can't reach any service in the LAN.

but no happend with al users.

what i have to check ?

Does this users have anything in common?

Are they assigned a specific ip address for example? When u replicate the issue did you troubleshoot it? Do u see packets being encrypted / decrypted?

i can't find the pattern of problem, last weekend the site turned off for a maintenance.

When the service return the problem began.

This ASA5540 have a failover, could be the problem the ASA Failover?

what type of failover you are using...just check sh failover and check the status
