IP telephones de-registering

We have a problem at on off-shore location where the IP telephone are de-registering once in a while? Not sure of the reason where is the problem..we are setting up traces. Which protocols/ports we should be capturing to identify this issue?

What are the other methods to identify this issue?

ANy thoughts!!

you need to capture the sccp mainly for the keepalives, you do not mention your version but if you look in CCO or univercd you will find guides of ports used per version

if they're in a remote location the issue might be connectivity or packet loss / delay.

try increasing the keepalives
