I have an issue with B-ACD queueing, when all agents are busy or not ready, the call goes immidiately to the alternate destination (x6025) which rings while the caller hears MOH. I expect it to go there after the max-time-call-retry timout expires which is set to 700 seconds, why is it going there right away?
