pair of 5510's not talking between local interfaces

I have a colo facility and a main office, both with 5510's. I have a leased line between the two 5510's. I have enabled the interfaces and can ping between the leased line interfaces - but I cannot ping between other local interfaces (Eth 0/3 and Eth 0/2) on each ASA, so I can't ping between devices attached to each ASA.

I have the same security level set and have ran the "access-list extended permit" no dice. Would someone help point me in the right direction? running config attached

THANK YOU !!!!!

what are you trying to do?

I'm trying to get the devices in NC to talk to the devices in TX.

10.100.4.x - NC Devices

10.100.4.1 - NC ASA interface

10.100.20.1 - NC ASA interface

10.100.21.1 - TX ASA interface 02

10.100.6.1 - TX ASA interface 01

10.100.6.x - TX Devices

Trying to get from 10.100.4.x to 10.100.6.x

10.100.20.x and 10.100.21.x are the only ones talking. Both ASA's have a third interface which is external (Internet) facing
