Does anyone know of reports which can be run on to see what our resource utilization on a VoIP network, particularly (PRI, SIP, Peak Usage, etc) I know about the RTMT tool, but didn't see where you could run âhistorical reportsâ

With Unified Communications Manager you can use CDR Analysis and Reporting for gateway utilization reports. You can schedule these reports to run weekly. It will let you know what time of the day your busy times are and the percentage of channels that are being used during that busy time.

Kelvin thanks for the info, does this also apply to H323 Gw's? Are there certain parameters, which need to be configured? Do you have a document for cm 4.1.3?

As for your question, I know MGCP, but also think h323 as well. If you look at the CDR Device Report and choose Gateway Util. Under Gateway Types, H323 gateway is listed as a type.
