Checked cisco website, that Cisco 1841 router do not support Cisco product-based inline power,or Power over Ethernet (PoE). May i know what the ILP Power Supply -Absent' come from?

I do not know for certain but my best guess is that certain versions of code for the 1841 (more recent ones from my quick test) generate this message. I would guess that this change was made in IOS to support the 1861 which does have support for Power over Ethernet.
I would guess that your 1841 routers that do not generate this message are running older versions of code.
