Hi,
When the IP phone is ringing and not taking the call , the call should be forwarded to the Mobile phone using call forward option(done).If the Mobile#1 too is not attending the call it should be forwarded to second mobile phone.Is there any option for this in Call manager?

at that point the call has already been extended to the mobile so CCM does not have control over what happens next

Exactly, As soon as the Mobile Device has been given the call the CUCM is out of the picture. You should check with your provider if there is a way to do it on the Mobile side.

You could look into some of the options available with Mobility Manager, depending on your call manager version.

unified mobility requires a separate server on 5.x, it's integrated in 6.x
