Service Provider SIP Trunking

I have a centralized CallManager deployment. Each remote will have an AT&T connect to our Internet backbone which allows access to the Border Elements running SIP. A SIP trunk is configured on the CallManager and there are no gateways at the remote sites so the communication is directly to the Border Elements from the phones at each location. My question is when I have a remote site and it needs to use its local connection to reach the Border Elements which are the same IP addresses for any location, how do I make sure that when someone dials from that location, it uses its local Internet connection to talk to the Border Elements? Do I create multiple SIP trunks? What CallManager mechanism do I use to direct each remote location to its own Internet connection?
