RME os image download

HELLO ALL,

we are presently using cisco works LMS 3.1 in our network .

we have remote sites connected to our head office.

If I want to download image form the remote site .it is giving error

SWIM1124: Failed to copy the image from Flash due to the reason -

copyInvalidServerAddress :invalid server address specified.

Retry the operation. If the problem persists, check the Bug Toolkit

application for any known issues on the running image version.

All devices have Read and write comunity.

Can you help us to solve this problem.

This error is coming from the device. It could indicate an improper configuration in RME, NAT involvement, or a device bug. You'll need to enable Software Management debugging, re-run the job, then check the job's swim_debug.log to see what server address is being sent to the device.
