Unity 7.02 maximum message length is approx 30 secs regardless of the settings in sys admin.
Has anyone encountered this issue?

It's not a demo license but have noticed that full message length is not licensed. Let me follow up with our cisco rep.
Thx Rob.

We had the same issue, although with Unity 4.0(4). If you open the License info viewer under the Tools Depot, check if you have the "Message Recording full length" license, if not you need to request a new license from Cisco.

Hi Peter,
You are most welcome :) Nice job finding this detail in your license.
Take care,

Does anyone know the part number for the maximum message length license feature? Is it a seamless upgrade from the NFR demo license?
Thanks,
Ed

Hi,
Does anyone know what part number for the "LicMaxRecLenIsLicensed" to order? It seems not included in the PUT.
We opened a TAC case as well as inquired from cisco licensing team however they could not provide the product part number to order. TAC and licensing is saying that "LicMaxRecLenIsLicensed"" it is not included on the UNITY7-K9 license that we purchased. They could not even provide us a cco document saying that it is not included.
Thanks,
Jeff
