We have 2 Cisco 3750 stacked and we are trying to team 1 HP server on it.
We have observed that since the same MAC is learnt on 2 switch ports, the port is flapping.
What is the way out?

Set the NICs to failover versus load balance.
Hope that helps

create an etherchannel on the switch, mode on usually works the best. On the server side select switch assisted.

I would set up lacp etherchannel between the HP server and the switch stack in a cross-stack configuration. I know HP servers support 802.3ad lacp because I have many of them running in this fashion. Lacp will control the load-balancing and will only allow 1 mac-address to be used in the nic team.
