IP Phones are not able to register Subscribers

Recently we are upgraded our UCM cluster from version 5.1.3 to 6.1.2.

In Cluster we are having 3 Callmanagers and created a Device pool with a order of callmanagers are Sub1,Sub2 and Publisher.

We are facing some problem like, when we add any new IP Phone it is only registering with the Publisher and in IP Phone setting IP address of the Callmanager2 it showing IP Address of the default gateway and also it says SRST.

As per our Device pool the IP Phone shoud register to Subscribe 1 and SRST is disabled.

Can some one help me regarding this?

Use the procedure below to reset the new phones to factory default and then let them try and register again.

I have also attached the full document from cisco that tells you how to reset to factory deafult..

1)Unplug the cable from the phone

2)Hold the # key and replug the cable back

3)Do not release the # key and hold it for about 10-15 seconds

4)Wait until the lines start flashing

5)As soon as the lines flash, release the # key and dial the following digits using the phone keypad (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,*,0,# in the order. You have 10 seconds to dial all digits. If you fail to dial within 10 seconds, you may need to start over.

This a factory reset and it does the magic. The phone releases the old firmware and downloads the new one.

The upgrade procedure may take up to 5-7 minutes for each phone.
