Can anyone tell me why the real-time reporting totals don't match the totals from the Cisco Historical Reporting. i.e. Real-time reporting indicates 3 abandoned calls for a CSQ but the Cisco Historical reporting only shows two abandoned calls. I also created my own real-time reporting using http triggers & jsp. My application also shows some unusual things for example I have a call waiting even though I have available agents ready to take the call. Eventually the call goes to abandoned on the real-time display.
Are there known bugs related to this issue? Of course it is impossible to recreate the issue.
