I have a question of IPM and SLA.

I plan to monitor internetwork performance between a PIX 515E firewall and a Catalyst 2960 switch in the IPM. It seems that Cat2960 can be only configured as a SLA responder. Is it possible to configure the PIX as a SLA monitor so that IPM can monitor the performance between them?

Detail software version information is as below:

IPM: 4.0.1

Cat2960: IOS 12.2(44)SE

PIX-515E: PIX firewall software v7.2(2)

No, IP SLA is only available on IOS devices. You would at least need a 3560 switch to have support for configuring IP SLA collectors.
