Is it possible to securely route traffic?

At our main office we have the main network and a small vlan network for hosting a set of terminal servers for another office. Lets say the main office IP is 192.168.0.1/24 and a routed port for hosted network is 10.0.0.1/24. This is all running on a 3560-E, it has a routed port connected to a wireless bridge to the remote site. At the other end of the bridge is a 3550-emi with another routed port. 172.16.0.0/29 if it matters. Off of the 3550 there is the normal vlan 1 192.168.1.1/24 which is a branch of the main office. Then there is another routed port 10.0.1.1/24 which goes along with hosted routed port at the main office.

So the main office 192.168.0.0/24 and it's branch 192.168.1.0/24 need to be able to talk and get to the internet.

Then the other network and it's branch 10.0.0.0/24 and 10.0.1.0/24 need to be able to do the same.

Is this even possible? what would be the best way to keep all this traffic separate. I would like to keep things at the main office on vlan's to make it easier to send into the ASA.
