Can anybody help. plssss

try this:

isdn switch-type primary-dms100

isdn protocol-emulate network

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn T306 60000

isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager

you may need to change the pri protocol if avaya doesn't support dms100, the configuration above is for Nortel, i had same issue and this config fixed it.

it is still the same reorder tone.cant call the avaya

What device terminate ISDN on other side from Avaya?

If it is some cisco device check your pots dial-peer configuration, and try "no digit-strip".
