Has anyone tried CallManager TAPI with Infor ERP System 21 CRM?

I have a customer who is looking to user CUCM Business Edition - so CallManager 6.0 or 6.1. They use a CRM system called 'Infor ERP System 21 ' from IBM.

Has anyone tried using the Cisco TAPI client with this CRM system for click-to-dial and inbound screen pop? If so could you tell me if it works OK or if there are any known issues?

Do you know if this new ERP is IE/Firefox based. If so there are some 3rd applications which can add some plugins which will allow to click-to-dial from the user interface.

Regarding screen pop-up your best bet would 3rd party applications, as cisco list of unified call connector doesn not include this new ERP System 21
