unusual noise

Dear all

I have three PBX with three cisco 2811 Voice gateways.I connected these PBXes via VWIC card into routers.the pbx are connected to eachother via cisco routers.

the problem is that when my pbx users want to iniate a call they hear some kind of noise like "shshshsh" but when they call established they noise will go away.

I have tested some thing..I connected another router via wireless to my location and attached a pbx to my out of location router..every thing was working fine without noise!

any idea please

Check for Slips and netwrok clock source|participants commands

um.. you know if this noise is some kind of echo so why is appear before call established?

I mean when the call is established the noise is gone
