SDM access from WAN

I have applied CBAC feature from SDM , now i am unable to access SDM from WAN plz let me know how to enable SDM access from WAN

Enable HTTPS. you can access by HTTP also but not advisable.

I have applied the firewall feature and now i see SDM on WAN interface disabled
