I am having a problem with my TAPS installation. I am running CUCMBE 6.1 and CRS 5.0(2). I can call my route point and get the prompt to answer, enter 1 for English, enter my extension twice, but then it says TAPS has encountered an error. It then reset my phone and comes up with a new autoregistration number. The number I am trying to configure is not duplicated anywhere nor is the autoregistration number. I have removed all unassigned DN's. I am stuck.

What does the TAPS log say on CM? It's under BAT --> TAPS
