We have CCM 6.0.1 when you place a call from a Cisco Phone it is only showing up with the last four digits of the phone number at the local PSAP. Some how when the call travels from the Call Manager to the Avaya Definity G3Si PBX via the ISDN line the complete DID is not getting to the PSAP. When you call from an Avaya Phone to the PSAP it diplays the full DID and all the data associated with that DID.

We have CCM version 6.0.1 and the external phone mask is not listed under the Directory Number. Is there a page like Service Paramters or something like that where you can change this globally so it affects all the phones? In 6.0.1 the External Mask is somewhere different.

There are a couple different ways to do this. If you want the number mask to be unique for each phone, then you can use BAT to add the number masks for your phones like this "123456XXXX" where XXXX will be your 4 digit extension (use however many Xs for your extension). This will be under the external number mask on each line for your phones.
On your route patterns you will also need to check "use calling party's external number mask".
If it is not necessary for individual DIDs to be presented, you could just edit the Caller ID field in your gateway. That will mask all outbound calls through that gateway with the number you specify.
This is found under Call Routing Information - Outbound Calls/ Caller ID DN.

Where in the BAT do you make this change globally. I want to have all calls masked with 575624XXXX.

on CCM go to Bulk Administration, Phones, Add/Update Lines, Update Lines.
Do a Find for the extensions you wish to update, then click Next. Find External Number Mask, check the box, then type in your number mask. Then submit.
Don't forget to update your Route Patterns for allowing Calling Party external number mask.
