7931 Phone with Intercom in CCM 6.1

Anyone used Intercom with CallManager 6.1.1 and 7931 Phone? Any issues? Does it use multicast, etc?

Intercom is a Feature in CallManager 6.1.1, no Berbee or IPCelerate. Granted it's like Notepad compared to Word, but the customer is cost conscious.

No problems I am aware of. No multicast that I am aware of. Intercom is one phone to one other phone. So multicast wouldn't make sense anyways. Can't do intercom on a shared line appearance. So you can't intercom to multiple phones.

Now paging is a different story, but you need Berbee, IPCelerate, Syn-apps, etc. Multicast or Unicast depends on the vendor implementation.
