Some folks in my organization observed that the Cisco Meeting place and other components of the Cisco UC solution required too many client installations (on Windows XP machines). In addition, when compared to the Microsoft Live Meeting client experience some folks thought that the Cisco UI did not appear as appealing.
Therefore it sounds like adopting VoIP and Cisco UC and Cisco phones should be the best approach. Then for the client piece could we adopt the Microsoft client (OCS) for this?
Let me know your observations please.
