Call Manager 4.1 CAR reporting

Hi all,

I have been trying to get the CDR analysis reporting running for the users, etc within Call Manager 4. e.g. if a run a report for all users it lists all users in the Call manager database but each call type column registers 0 against it.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix this.

Hi all,

hopefully you can ignore this issue as I think I have solved it. The CDR was set to disabled on the Subsrciber, it was only set to enable on the Publisher where there are very little if any calls are controlled.
