There is a lot of useful info in various respositories around cisco sites.. Tac case collection, support wiki, netpro, general CCO support docs, bug tool etc...
A lot of the content generated in Netpro could probably be added to the support wiki.
Perhaps when someone marks their issue as resolved, Netpro could email the resolver, and ask them to author a Wiki article? It could even pre populate the issue description with the original post, and the solution with the resolvin g post. And let the author tidy them up obviously, and add the other required info.
Also, an email to prompt a poster to mark an issue as resolved might be good. Having this information helps people looking for solutions, plus people looking to help someone solve an issue.
