VPN on Nated public IP

Hi All,

Is it possible to have a VPN connectivity on the Nated publuc ip.



I have this problem too.

As the other responder indicated, this is possible.

It is quite common for both site-to-site and remote access VPNs.

One of the most common mistakes occurs when the administrator neglects to exempt outbound traffic destined for the tunnel from the NAT process.

You can use ACLs or route maps to provision the necessary NAT exemptions.
