Hello,

My usernames in cisco CUCME are defined as Firstname.Lastname .

When syncing with CUE, CUE creates the users but leaves the firstname field blank. (which is supposed to be mandatory) . It does work, until I want to change a parameter (e.g. reset PIN) on one user, then I have to fill the "firstname" field.

Is there a way to make CUE understand my username pattern, or at list make it fill the firstname field when sync with CUCME ?
