Hi.
I have a solution with CCM cluster(2) and same SRST in same sites.
When the customer press new call and not dial any digits, after the timeouts, the ip phone autodial to unknown number and after the call change to DN in local site!
Why?

What version of CCM are you using? I hope its not CCM 5.1.3

Well, Lots of bugs have been reported on this ccm version..
May be its a bug!

ok, so it might not be a translation pattern. not sure of your version but have you tried deleting all the unassigned DNs??
if you run a route plan report do you see anything blank??

When I delete the dn or change his partition, all fine ok!
The problem is in DN 9587!

weird, only a trace would tell what happens. maybe something in cache memory, have you tried a cluster reboot??
