We are currently moving to a new mesgstore exchange2000 server and have moved most of the users over to it. In unity4.0(3) when we try to import a NEW user's mailbox that is sitting on the new messagestore, it creates the user as an internet subscriber without an exchange mailbox. It still works fine on the first message store but not on the new one. We are thinking it is something to do with permissions on the new exchange server but we have compared it to the old msgstore and everything looks the same. Any thoughts as we have mailbox requests starting to build up and any help would be great.
