Setting a Subsriber on a schedule

Hi All,

we have a department with shared voicemail and wish to close that departments voicemail down at 4pm as no-one will be able to return the calls until next morning, therefore I have created a closed message, created a new schedule with the ammended times and saved the particular subscriber to the newly created schedule. However when making a call to the subscriber it plays the open message.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Darren.

yes you need to make sure that the alternate greeting is not enabled, if it is it overrides the standard and closed.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

thanks for that, the alternate message was enabled and once disabled the closed message was activated.
