We are getting an error msg from the Unity system on one particular users vmbx. Is says "you have to clear your mailbox, you won't be able to get complete messages". Its only happening on this one subscriber.
Unity is set up for UM, but all of the users so far have been built out as vmail only mbx's. So would this be a setting on Unity or Exchange?
use the dohprep test to see the size of the ubscriber's VM box..
Got ot Unity depot tools, expand diagnostic tools, double click on dohprep test and clcik on the subscriber, you will see the the size of hs/her vm box
