CME - CFA to VM showing "forwarded to 6000" rather than to "VoiceMail"

Hi,


I have a customer who says that when they used to press the CFA softkey and then the messages button the phone would display "forwarded to voicemail". However following some recent reconfiguration the phone displays "forwarded to 6000".


Does anyone know what configuration change would result in changing the display to read "voicemail" rather than "6000".

Make sure that under

telephony-service

you have voicemail <6000>


so you should have


telephony-service

voicemail 6000


if this is there...


use the command


create-cnf file


and try again

Yes it is. I thought that's all would need but it seams it doesn't work.
