UCM6.0 installation on VMware workstation

i installed the UCM6.0 on a VMware workstation, and the installation was successful, but when i tried to access the web page of the UCM6.0 with the administrator account, i got the message "Non defined IMS exception", any ideas about the solution to this problem????

Give this a try,

Login to the CLI,

type utils service Cisco Tomcat restart.

If Tomcat is not running, then issue the command

utils service Cisco Tomcat start

Then give it a try again
