I'm a little confused about placing our logo on the Encrypted Envelope.
We wish to have it presented so the recipient clearly sees the message is from "us" and doesn't get confused seeing the Cisco Logo.

How should this be configured on the c350

From the C350 interface you can configure the URL link that the user goes to when they click on the logo.

To actually change the logo, you need to make sure that you're logged into CRES (https://res.cisco.com) as the CRES Account Admin for your company. You can get to the Account Admin section by logging into res.cisco.com and then clicking on the Administration link.

Once you're in as Account Admin, you can update the logo. The steps below are available if you click on the Help button after loggin in as Account Admin.

Basically, updates to the graphics logo have to be done on res.cisco.com and the url link has to be done from the C350 machine.

Customizing the Logo on Registered Envelopes
To change the logo displayed on PXE messages sent using your account:
1. Log in to the Administration Console for the corporate account.
2. Click the Accounts tab. The Account Management page is displayed.

3. Click the link for your account number.
Note — Each organization typically has a single corporate account.
The Details tab for the account is displayed.
4. Click the Images tab for the account.
5. Browse to the logo file that you want to upload, and click Add Image.
Note — The logo should be at most 60×160 pixels.
