Dears,

I have two E1 connections connected to 3745 router ,the ouput of show interface command for one of these interfaces gives a high counters value for input errors and CRC and the counters keep increasing ,also the relaibility of this interface has a value of 228/255??!!

what this indicates .????

Most likely your circuit is errored, check "show controllers E1".

Request your ISP to check / test the circuit. There are some reliability Issue reported.

PLease contact your service provider and discuss about the reliabiliity of your E1 link.The reliability should be 255/255.Your current reliabilty shows that there should be some problem with the media.

Either

A. Circuit framing timing check the interface

sh controllers E0/E1

B.Layer 1 physical issue check with your ISP
