Dear friends,

Headend is VPN Concentrator and remote end is IOS router. Mode is network plus.

Everytime, the IOS router re-connects, a new loopback interface is created with a new IP from an address pool. The number of loopback interfaces keep increasing on the IOS router after each connect / re-connect.

Is this a normal behaviour. I would ideally like the old loopback interface to be deleted if a new one is created. Or i would like the old loopback interface be modified with the new available IP from the address pool.

Is there any workaround for this?
